Q: Where is the Parking Office located?
A: We’re located in the Service Center Building on the corner of SL Young & Lindsay.

Q: What do I do if I’m driving a different car (without a Parking Sticker)?
A: Park in the same place you normally park.
Use the call box to get into the lot or garage if needed.
Then use of of these three options:
1. Call the Parking Office @ 271-2020.
2. Or email us at parking@ouhsc.edu & ask us to put you on the "Leave Alone List."
3. Or you may use the Leave Alone List link on the OUHSC Parking website.
We will need:
- A description of the car you are driving.
- The tag number (license plate.)
- Which lot you are parked in.
- How long you’ll be driving a different car.
Q: What do I do if I forgot my hangtag?
A: Park in the same place you normally park.
Use the call box to get into the lot or garage if needed.

Q: My spouse (or someone else) is coming to the doctor with my car that has a Parking Sticker on it. What do I need to do so they don’t get a citation?
A: There are three options:
1. Call the Parking Office @ 271-2020 in advance with your information.
2. Or email us at parking@ouhsc.edu ask us to put you on the “Leave Alone List.”
3. Or you may use the Leave Alone List link on the OUHSC Parking website.
We will need:
- We don’t need to know which doctor you are seeing or why.
- We will need a description of the car you are driving.
- The tag number (license plate.)
- Which lot you will be parked in.
Q: What do I do if I get a citation?
A: Citations are given for violations of the OUHSC Parking Rules & Regs.
- Contact the Parking Office the next business day after you receive a citation.
- Citations must be paid within 10 days to avoid additional late fees.
- Citations may be paid in person at the Parking Office, by phone (with credit card), or by mail.
- We accept cash, checks & all major credit cards (except American Express.)

Q: How can I register a new car if I don’t have a license plate yet?
A: You can get a new Parking Sticker without waiting for your new license plate. We will need your vehicle information (year, make, model, color) and VIN number. When you get your new license plate simply call the Parking Office @ 271-2020 with your new number. The stickers are FREE!
Q: I'm a new employee. Can I get a parking permit without my employee ID Number?
A. Yes. You do not need your employee number to get your parking permit. Simply complete the online registration at home or at the Parking Office. You'll need your Drivers License number and tag number (license plate) for each vehicle you would like to register.
