Conference Parking
- With all of the ongoing construction at the Oklahoma Health Center Campus, it is extremely important to coordinate parking arrangements with the Parking Office. If you are going to have an event on campus and you anticipate more than 10 people arriving from off-campus, you must send an email to parking@ouhsc.edu in order for us to accommodate the parking needs of those attendees.
- The email should be sent as soon as the event is in the planning stages. We will need to know the name of the event, date(s), time(s), where the event will be held (location), how many guests are anticipated, and a point of contact for the event.
- A confirmation email needs to be sent with the final number of attendees one week prior to the event. The Parking Office will get in touch with the point of contact for the event and work out the parking arrangements.
- Your guests will most likely be parking away from the event and will need to ride one of our OUHSC shuttles to and from the event. The shuttle routes and times can be found on our website at: www.ouhsc.edu/parking/transport2.htm. For additional information, call the Parking Office at 271-2020.
